Information in an inquiry
The procurement form requests a name, work email and product requirements. Phone and company are optional. With JavaScript enabled, the selected product, optional budget and supplier preference are combined with your requirements for submission through the existing feedback endpoint. The form does not offer a file upload.
Purpose of your information
Inquiry information is used to understand a business purchase, clarify specifications and coordinate relevant sourcing questions. A description of size run, pair quantity, material, artwork placement and destination helps define the request. Do not include payment details, identity documents or personal information about people whose faces appear in artwork within the initial message.
Artwork and supplier communication
Discuss any later transfer of artwork separately, including the permitted use, intended recipients and approval responsibilities. Share only material that you have the right to use. If sourcing coordination requires supplier discussion, the necessary product specification and scope should be identified before detailed files are shared. This page does not authorize unrestricted reuse of a photograph or logo.
Browser storage
The sourcing benefit component stores its first display time in localStorage to enforce a maximum seven-day display window. A sessionStorage setting remembers ticker dismissal within the browser session. Closing, reopening or starting a new session does not restart the recorded window. These settings concern display behavior and do not establish product eligibility, a quotation or order status.
Third-party services
The site references Bootstrap resources from the configured content delivery network. External resource requests are handled by the respective provider. Article sharing links open an external service only when used. Review the relevant provider's policies when interacting with those services; their processing is outside the inquiry template's control.

Use the contact form to request clarification or correction of an inquiry. Include enough context to identify the request without adding unnecessary personal information. No fixed retention period or unsupported security certification is represented on this page. Ask for clarification if you need confirmation that your inquiry was received or how its details will be used. A submitted requirement does not establish a purchase agreement.
