How we source

Custom socks face sourcing: from image idea to comparable request

A face design may look finished on screen while fit, decoration and pack scope remain undefined. Our independent sourcing service turns those open points into supplier questions, helping you request factory quotes against one controlled specification.

Coordinate the decisions in a useful order

01

Specification

We clarify the requested sock silhouette, material composition, dimensions and quantity in pairs. You identify mandatory details and acceptable alternatives. Ask each supplier to distinguish proposed construction from confirmed construction, including cuff, heel, toe and requested decoration placement.

02

Sample

Identify whether the sample uses your actual face artwork or a related reference design. Record proof revision, image scale and size used for review. Request a method for checking fit and appearance; laundering or wear expectations need agreed conditions and exact-item test evidence rather than a generic durability statement.

03

Quotation

Normalize MOQ by artwork version, pair price, sample and setup charges, label costs and pack ratio. An optional budget narrows trade-offs between decoration complexity, packaging and material proposals. Supplier tier preferences are buyer choices about priorities, with no implied audit or verified rating.

04

Delivery questions

Provide the US destination, requested arrival timing and receiving restrictions. Seek carton dimensions, packed weight, freight scope and exclusions from the supplier. Production assumptions should state the approval milestone they depend on; this service does not promise a fixed dispatch date or stock availability.

Keep one revision trail

Brief

Buyer requirements, size quantities and authorized artwork.

Quote

Supplier response, explicit exclusions and named configuration.

Sample

Reviewed item, recorded observations and buyer decision.

Order scope

Accepted specification, packing and shipment terms.

These stages describe a review path, not completed verification. A replacement yarn, print process or artwork revision reopens the relevant approval questions. Consult the Quote Checklist before comparing responses and browse inquiry options to name the requested product.

Move the next decision forward

  1. Describe the sock and pair quantity.
  2. Flag material and proof decisions still open.
  3. State the US destination and buying preference.

We use your notes to identify clarification and supplier-response tasks. Sample terms, sourcing scope and any separate charges require written agreement.
